this ranch dressing is super yummy.
we don't use ranch here much. i tried making it once before with a different recipe & it was good, although a bit watery. so wednesday night i made cobb salad & realized we didn't have any. & found this recipe. which is better. & thicker.
& it literally took me 2 minutes to whip up. so you should try it...
1 cup of mayo (please no miracle whip. please. i can tell you its probably not gonna taste much like ranch dressing if you're pulling those kinds of things…)
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of milk
1 tsp of parsley
1 very small garlic clove. minced. or none. if you really hate garlic breath.
this makes about half a pint of dressing. i wouldn't keep it for more than two weeks tops because of all of the perishable ingredients. maybe less. ours hasn't been around that long yet. but its so quick to make - its worth it, i think :)
