I am a momma of two Deaf boys, both who have implants. One of them is Deafblind autistic, and the other is Deaf, both precious boys given to us through adoption. It is amazing the technology God has provided to help our sweet children. The implants have increased their signing and given them access to environmental sound, and for our youngest, possibly speech (although that was not our goal). Can't wait to see how he reacts to it all over time!
ReplyDeleteWonderful! Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us! He has the cutest most kissable cheeks.
